Mr. Dubey has more than 29 years of professional experience
in specialty coatings and allied products for the Pavement Maintenance
Industry. He has developed many innovative yet cost performance
efficient products during his professional years and is credited with
the development and the introduction of all the major products at
S.T.A.R., Inc.
He has published numerous technical papers and has
lectured at various industry seminars. Mr. Dubey is well recognized
in the industry as an expert on pavement and specialty coatings. The
professional experience was acquired during his employment with well-recognized
companies in the industry.
Mr. Dubey has been quite active in professional societies
throughout his career and is a past President of Cleveland Society
for Coatings Technology. Currently he is the Chair of the Pavement
Coatings Technology Center (PCTC), University of Nevada at Reno.
