RUBBERIZED COLD POUR CRACK FILLER DESCRIPTION STAR STA-FLEX is an asphalt emulsion-based crack filler that effectively seals the cracks in the pavement and protects them from the damaging elements of the weather. Fortified with polymers and select mineral fillers, STAR STA-FLEX stays tough and flexible throughout the service life of the pavement. DILUTION No dilution is required as the product is supplied in ready to use form. APPLICATION Spout or controlled pouring device. RECOMMENDED USES For filling cracks in the pavement, up to a maximum width of 3/8 inch. PRODUCT BENEFITS COLD POUR APPLICATION - Does not need heating before application. It is based on asphalt emulsion. TOUGH FLEXIBLE & DURABLE STAR STA-FLEX is RUBBERIZED using high-molecular weight polymers. READY-TO-USE - Apply direct from container. No mixing is required. EASY TO APPLY & CLEAN UP - Clean up with water. SAFETY - No burns or hazardous fumes. COVERAGE One gallon will fill approximately 1 O0 linear feet of crack, 3/8 inch wide and 1/2 inch deep. APPLICATION DETAILS Remove and clean all the dirt and foreign materials from the crack. Shake or stir the contents in the STAR STA-FLEX container. Pour the STAR STA-FLEX in the clean and dry cracks to the surface level. Repeat the process if the cracks are too deep and/or wide. PRECAUTIONS Do not use if rain is imminent within 8 hours. Do not use if ambient and/or surface temperature are below 50 Degrees F. Keep from freezing. Keep out of reach of children. PACKAGING 1 gallon plastic jugs, 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.
